Payment
Katz Dancewear and Fancy Dress are happy to accept payment using most major credit/debit cards.
Dispatch
On receipt of an order Katz dancewear and Fancy Dress will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 3 working days, however certain products may take longer due to stock availability. All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class post unless otherwise requested or stated.
Lost in the post
If 28 days after postage, you have not recieved your goods a post office investigation will be undertaken by us and we will replace the goods.

Returns & Exchanges
All returns:
* must be sent within 14 working days to Katz 47-49 Newdegate Street Nuneaton CV11 4ER for either an exchange or a refund.
All orders are double checked however if any errors occur please inform us within 48HR from receipt of the order.
* must be sent postage paid. We recommend standard recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
* must be sent in new resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the UK trading standards you are entitled to change your mind and standard postage will be refunded if you cancel your contract with Katz within 7 days from receipt of goods (UK delivery addresses only).
Cancellation of contract does not apply to partial orders being returned and must be notified in writing or by email to info@katz.uk.com. Only standard delivery is refundable.
Please note no postage is charged for straight exchanges going to a UK address (same style/quantity but in a different colour or size). Exchanges with additional items/orders will be charged at the standard postage rate.
