Katz Dancewear and Fancy dress products are easily ordered and can be placed by phone to the shop
Our opening hours are 10am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9.30-5.00pm Saturday
(any variations, e.g. bank Holidays will be advised on our out of hours answer phone).
Katz Dancewear and Fancy Dress are happy to accept payment using most major credit/debit cards.
On receipt of an order Katz dancewear and Fancy Dress will endeavour to dispatch the goods within 3 working days, however certain products may take longer due to stock availability. All orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class post unless otherwise requested or stated.
Lost in the post
If 28 days after postage, you have not recieved your goods a post office investigation will be undertaken by us and we will replace the goods.
Postage and Packaging
Postage and Packaging rates are as follows for mainland UK,
(All prices are stated in UKPs)
- Orders up to£20 £3.50
- Orders From £21 to £50 £5.00
- Orders from £51 to £100 £7.50
- Orders from £101 to £250 £10.00
- Orders over £250 Free
- Fabrics will be charged at Royal Mail rates plus £2.00 packaging.
P&P rates for the Republic of Ireland and other EEC destinations attract a further charge of £5.00
Non EEC destinations attract a flat rate surcharge equivalent to £7.50 at current exchange rates at time of ordering
Katz Dancewear and Fancy Dress are happy to refund, in full, monies paid for products found faulty. For products found to be unsuitable for use, on presentation of the original packaging and a valid receipt, Katz will either exchange the product or refund your monies (less 10% to cover administration costs), using the purchaser’s original method of payment with the following exceptions
- Make up
- Made to measure garments
- Special orders
- Goods deemed to have been used, as assessed by Katz staff
